CHECK IN

You can check in to your hotel room from 02:00 pm on the day of arrival.
Early arrival is possible from 10:00 am and costs HUF 8,000.

CHECK OUT

Please check out of your room by 10:00 am on the day of your departure and return your key card and room key to reception.

Late check-out:

  • until 12:00 pm free of charge
  • between 12:00 pm and 03:00 pm HUF 6000
  • between 03:00 pm and 06:00 pm HUF 10,000
  • after 06:00 pm an accommodation fee of 1 night will be charged

CHILD DISCOUNTS

  • 0 - 2.99 years FREE (in baby cot or in parents' bed)
  • 3 - 11.99 years 50% discount on the price of the cot and extra bed
  • 12 years and over full price

BABY FRIENDLY DEVICES

Depending on our free capacity, we can provide the following equipment free of charge, which can be requested free of charge at the reception desk:

  • Breakfast: 7:00 am - 10:00 am
  • Lunch: 12:00 pm - 04:00 pm

Please let us know in advance if you have any special dietary requirements (gluten, lactose-free, etc.).

Our kitchen does not specialise in cooking free of gluten, lactose or other allergenic substances that may cause sensitivities, so we cannot guarantee complete freedom from these, nor can we accept any responsibility for them. We do not always have the raw materials for special diets.

Most of the ingredients needed for general meals are available in our catering facilities, so guests requiring special meals may need to prepare their own.

In the case of early travel, a cold pack in the morning is available, which must be requested by 03:00 pm on the day of arrival at the latest!

  • The hotel rooms may only be used for their intended purpose.
  • No flammable or combustible materials are allowed.
  • Electric cooking and heating appliances are not allowed in the room.
  • The hotel and rooms are non-smoking!
  • Cigarette ashes and matches must not be thrown in combustible waste or bins.
  • In case of fire or alarm, please leave the building according to the escape plan displayed on the room door.
  • Please close the windows of the room before leaving.
  • Please always follow the instructions of hotel security or staff in case of fire.
  • If you notice a fire or any indication of fire, please contact the hotel reception immediately.

FIRE ALARM

The hotel has fire alarms and fire extinguishers on all floors and smoke detectors in the rooms. In case of fire, guests are warned by a siren. In such cases, please follow the escape route posted on the inside of the room door to the nearest emergency exit and leave the hotel as soon as possible!

ACCESSIBILITY

The parking lot and entrance of our hotel has been designed for our wheelchair guests, with one accessible room on the ground floor.

ALARM SERVICE

Wake-up calls are available free of charge at the hotel reception.

AIR CONDITIONING

Our hotel rooms have individually controlled air-conditioning, which works only under electricity. To do this, insert the magnetic card into the special slot next to the door.
Air conditioning only works with closed windows and balcony doors!

BATHROBE

It is provided free of charge as part of the room set-up.

BATHROOM CHAIR

Please contact reception for assistance.

BICYCLE RENTAL

Available free of charge by appointment.

BLOOD PRESSURE METER

If necessary, contact reception.

CHANGE OF TOWELS AND BED LINEN

Towels and bed linens are changed every three days. If you require a daily exchange, please let the reception know.

COMPLAINTS, COMMENTS

Please contact reception with any complaints or comments during your stay so that we can resolve any problems as quickly as possible.

COSMETIC PRODUCTS

Bathrooms are equipped with shower gel, body lotion, soap and shower gel, which are replaced by our housekeepers. On request, toothpaste, toothbrush, shower cap, ear cleaning stick and a shaving kit can be provided.

DAMAGE

In the case of intentional damage, we will charge an extra fee and, if necessary, file a criminal complaint.

DRESS CODE

Please wear appropriate attire when dining in our restaurant.
Bathing suits and bathrobes are not accepted in the restaurant.

DUVET, PILLOW

Extra duvets and pillows are provided free of charge.

EMERGENCY EXIT

According to the escape route in the room.

FIRST AID

A first aid kit is available at the reception desk of our hotel to treat injuries quickly.

HAIRDRYER

All rooms are equipped with hairdryers.

HOUSEKEEPING

Our housekeepers are available between 09:00 am and 03:00 pm for daily cleaning. If you wish to use this service, please use the "Cleaning service please" sign in the room.
If you do not wish your room to be cleaned every day, please indicate this by putting up a "Do Not Disturb" sign.

INTERNET

Free wireless internet (Wi-Fi) is available throughout the hotel.

IRONING

Due to fire safety reasons, we cannot provide irons and ironing boards, but we can offer you our ironing service instead. The service is available every day between 6:00 am and 06:00 pm, ask reception staff for more information.

LAUNDRY

The laundry service is available every day from 6:00 am to 06:00 pm, please contact reception for more information.

LIFT

A lift in the lobby provides access to the 1st-floor rooms.

LOST ITEMS

Items left in hotel rooms will be kept for 6 months, except for food and liquids, which will be discarded after the Guest leaves.
You can ask for lost items at the hotel reception after you leave.

LUGGAGE STORAGE

Please contact reception. We are not responsible for the items in the luggage. The luggage storage is free of charge.

MAINTENANCE

Our hotel will take care of any maintenance problem 24 hours a day. If you notice any errors please notify reception, do not attempt to troubleshoot!

MEDICAL CARE / PHARMACY

Ask the reception desk for the pharmacy and doctor on duty.

MINIBAR/BEVERAGES

Non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages are available in the hotel rooms for a fee using the minibar. The minibar is checked and replenished by our housekeepers daily. Please also inform us of your consumption when you check out.

MOBILE PHONE CHARGER

Various adapters are available free of charge at reception.

NIGHT REST

Please refrain from noisy activities after 10:00 pm to ensure the peace of mind of guests!

PARKING

The car park is guarded by a camera and a barrier, but we cannot be held responsible for vehicles or valuables left in the car. Parking is free.

PETS

Pets are not allowed in the hotel.

PHOTOCOPYING/PRINTING

Free photocopying and/or printing is available at the hotel reception.

POWER ADAPTER

An adapter for international use is available free of charge at reception.

RECEPTION

The reception is open from 0-24 hours. Our colleagues are at your service in person or by phone.

SAFE, SAFE DEPOSIT BOX

The hotel is not responsible for valuables and cash left in the rooms. The safe in the cupboard is available free of charge, see the safe for a description of how it works.

SECURITY IN OUR HOTEL

Security cameras monitor the public areas and the entrances and exterior of the hotel. The records are handled in accordance with the law. The guest room’s door can only be opened with a key given to the guest at reception.

SEWING KIT

Sewing kit is available free of charge at reception.

SHOE CLEANING

A shoe cleaning machine is available at the reception, free of charge.

SHOEHORN

It is ready in the room.

SLIPPERS

They are provided free of charge as part of the room set-up.

SMOKING

The entire hotel is non-smoking. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.
An extra cleaning fee of HUF 15,000 will be charged for smoking in the room.

TAXI AND TRANSFER SERVICE

Available through the hotel reception.

TECHNICAL SERVICES

If you notice a technical fault in your room, please contact the hotel reception.
If you need help with your computer equipment, please call the hotel reception, our staff will be happy to help you.

Umbrellas are available free of charge at the hotel reception on request.

VISITORS

Visitors are kindly requested to inform the reception upon arrival. After 10:00 pm visitors are no longer allowed in the guest rooms.

The hotel's wellness area has a sauna, jacuzzi, sun terrace and swimming pool with counter current. Opening hours: 07:00 am to 10:00 pm
